Shipping methods and charges
All orders are dispatched from Tallinn, Estonia.

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Be aware that during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order but we will always keep you updated.
We are happy to offer free shipping to all countries in the EuroZone for orders above € 80.
Code: FREE80 must be applied at checkout.
Estonia
Standard: € 5 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3 business days.
Express (Only Tallinn): € 10 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 1 business day.
Other European countries
Standard: € 10 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days.
Shipping delays
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Aquarella control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Aquarella is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
Lost Parcels
We offer tracking for all orders outside Tallinn, however Aquarella does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with the shipping carrier. We will assist you throughout the process.
